Sales and Marketing Team

Scott W. Felton — President
Scott joined First American in May 2000 to enhance and expand the operations and delivery of specialized relocation services to corporations, third party relocation companies, and real estate and mortgage businesses with national and international focuses. Scott leads the team of over 40 employees in Plano, TX who work together to deliver relocation closing services to companies on a national and international scope. Scott is a licensed attorney with over 34 years of experience; Member of the State Bar of Texas; licensed Texas Escrow Officer and is a member of Worldwide ERC and North Texas Relocation Professionals. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a graduate of the University of Houston - Bates College of Law.

Gail Pradelli, CRP, GMS, GRI — Business Development
Gail has 23 years in the real estate and relocation industry in various roles: residential real estate, relocation business development, group move specialist, and third-party relocation. She holds Texas and Colorado real estate licenses; Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations from Worldwide ERC, and a GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute Colorado). She is a member of Worldwide ERC, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Rocky Mountain Relocation Council, New Jersey Relocation Council and Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management.

Leslie A. Shellman, CRP, GMS – Client Solutions Manager and Escrow Manager
Leslie has 17 years of relocation industry experience: the last 11 years of service have been committed to the relocation title and closing services needs of our relocation customers nationwide. Leslie designs specialized workflow processes to meet the service needs of our clients, and then is responsible for client coordinator training and client implementation. In addition to relocation title and closing services, her diverse background includes real estate and corporate relocation services in the relocation household goods movement industry. Leslie has and maintains her State of Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and Escrow Officer License. Leslie has her Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. She is an active member of Worldwide ERC, Texas Land Title Association and North Texas Relocation Professionals.

Lynn Paiva, CRP, GMS - Business Relations Manager
Lynn’s primary responsibilities are to maintain all client relations; train closing attorneys; agents and direct offices on procedures for relocation files. Lynn maintains quality control with all of our vendors: domestic and international. Lynn has 16 years of experience in the title industry all within First American. Prior to that, she has 8 years experience working for a third party relocation firm servicing clients as both a Relocation Associate and Relocation Consultant. She was Resale Consultant for a large corporation selling properties in their REO division for 3 years, and a loan closer for 3 years in the Mortgage Lending industry. Lynn maintains her Texas Escrow Officer License, along with being a Notary and has obtained her Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. She is also an active member in Worldwide ERC, Texas Land Title Association and Southern California Relocation Council.
